On 1st April 2024, Exio Logistics has established a Green Medium Term Notes (“MTN”) Framework in relation to the ASEAN MTN Programme of up to RM500 million. As part of the ASEAN Green MTN Programme requirement, a Second Opinion Report is required to be obtained by an independent reviewer.

The Second Opinion Report was assessed against the sustainability responsibilities and disclosure requirements under the ASEAN Capital Market Forum’s (ACMF) ASEAN Green Bond Standards (GBS) and the International Capital Market Association’s (ICMA) Green Bond Principles (GBP).
